Where is the dancing Señorita emoji when you need her? Because, that is how I feel in this dress! I need my boyfriend to take me out for mexican food and margaritas (le'duh) ASAP, followed by salsa dancing… which sadly I know he would put my dancing skills to shame (I am terrible. Like awkward middle school girl dancing in front of her mirror).
I am absolutely loving the off-the shoulder trend that has been so hot this summer! As much as I wish I was one of those cute petite girls who can literally pull of everything, I am not. I have been an athlete my entire life and have a very athletic build, and broad shoulders (think Mean Girls "ew I have man shoulders"). While I love all the trends, I am an advocate of dressing for your body type… which is why I love the ruffle on this off the shoulder number-- it is a femmine touch that also takes away from my not so feminine broad shoulders. Oh, and its hot pink so of course I had to have it!
I ordered this dress online from Sheinside which is an online overseas retailer that specializes in trendy fast fashion items and designer dupes for amazingly discounted prices. This dress was only $17! Um yes please!!
Now for the questions I receive about this website all the time "Is this a reputable site, looks sketch?', "What is the sizing like?", "How long does it take to receive my order?", "How is the quality?".
I have got you covered and am going to answer your questions, as I have ordered from this site a handful of times now.
1. Is this a reputable site?
YES. They are not going to take your money and never send you your product! Your transactions are safe-- I usually pay through PayPal just for extra security.
2. How does sizing run?
Sizing runs 1-2 sizes smaller than US sizing. Most items come in S,M,L. I ALWAYS size up at least one size. Most items will have measurements so I often use those for reference.
3. How long does it take to receive my order?
It usually takes on average around 10 business days to receive my order in the mail. Sigh… I am not a very patient one, so this is hard for me. Amazon prime, you have ruined me.
4. How is the quality of the products?
I will start off by saying that you are paying super discounted prices for these items so this is kind of where "you get what you pay for" comes in. The quality is not going to be like something you would get from Nordstrom or a high end department store. With that being said, most of the items I purchase from here are trendier items-- not investment pieces. Overall, I have been pretty pleased with the quality of most everything I have ordered- and of course if you take care of it the longer it will last.
