This outfit is super comfy, perfect for a day of shopping! Speaking of, today I will finally be tackling my Christmas shopping. I can't say I'm much of a planner, I literally wait till the last minute to do just about everything- but hey, somehow I always get it done! My mom always says someday that wont happen, but I pretty much have to learn everything the hard way. Until then, procrastination it is :)

PS- do any of you find that usually the most difficult part of a post is coming up with a title?! I like to think I am witty and clever (unless you stick a cute guy in front of me, I either babble or freeze) but I swear every time it comes down to choosing a title for my posts I blank, and end up using something so unoriginal or self-explanatory.... SO until I can step my game up on titling these post, bear with me :)

Flannel shirts seem to be one of the hot items this winter, and I LOVE it!!! They are so comfy and cozy, I feel like I should be buried in the mountains somewhere next to the fire. BUT I live in Texas and it was 75 degrees today, but hey- that won't stop me from sporting this trend! Can't wait for ya'll to see two of my newest flannel beauties I picked up at Zara recently that incorporate two of my favorite things, studs and rhinestones- eeek!! I hope everyone had a great weekend, this was a busy weekend for me with many of my friends coming home for the holidays as well as some graduating! I have vented about how much I love dresses before, well here is another one! I love this salmon color, throw on some booties and you are good to go! How is everyone doing on their Christmas shopping?? Bc this girl has done ZERO!! Seriously, where does time go? Only 8 days till Christmas!

This gingham shirt might be one of my favorite staple pieces because it is literally SO versatile!! You know when you are so obsessed with something that you buy it in every color? Yeah.... So all of my friends and pretty much anyone that knows me knows how obsessed with I am with my two golden retrievers, Ellie, and Bennett. Those people who post pictures everyday of their kids doing cute things- yeah, I do that with my dogs on a daily basis, which might or might not be worse?! 

Are any of you guys as obsessed with your animals as I am ??

Last Christmas I took some really cute pictures with me and my two pups, so this year I wanted to attempt a few once again! If any of you have ever worked with photographing animals before you know this is NO easy task, especially with my rambunctious fur balls! I got a few decent ones with each of them on their own, but trying to get the both of them to cooperate at the same time was pretty much a lost cause!  So in a nutshell here is our Christmas photo shoot- Merry Christmas from me, Ellie, and Bennett!
