If it ain't neon, it shouldn't be on

Here I go with the neon rant again, I am obsessed. If you are a little intimidated by wearing something in full neon and being mistaken for a fratty spring breaker then try something more neutral with a pop of neon whether it be a scarf, shoes, or a statement necklace. I wore this dress out with my friends the other night which also served as a tracking device to find me after I drank too much wandered off. So neon has more uses other than just being freaking fabulous!!
