First things first, HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!! Okay- I know I'm like a week late, but, this is my first post of the new year so I found it appropriate! I love the beginning of a new year- no matter what 2012 brought to you, good, bad, horribly craptastic, or just in between, you can start fresh! I vow to make 2013 my year!! I will be starting my Master's, moving to a new city, and making new friends. This year I promise to make the effort to do things out of my comfort zone whether it be trying new activities, meeting new people, or traveling. I really want to make this a year of self discovery and personal growth. With that being said, cheers to the new year, I hope it brings you all nothing but the very best!!
Once I saw Anthropologie come out with a tulle skirt here, I was in love instantly- I mean, who doesn't want to feel like a ballerina princess?! However, there was no way I was going to pay almost $200 for the Anthro beauty. I snagged this one online at PB&J Boutique for only $40....ummm steal!! And even better, you can get a similar one here for only $10, I just ordered one in mint, I cannot wait! I pretty much couldn't stop twirling and channeling my inner Carrie Bradshaw while wearing this skirt!
How fabulous are all of these pictures?! I had the opportunity to work with my friend Kayla, of You're My Lobster Photography, and let me tell you- she is AMAZING! Despite not being able to feel my fingers or toes at the end of the day from the cold weather, we had so much fun! This woman does magic behind the camera, I was absolutely thrilled with all of the pictures. So everyone go check out her Facebook page You're my Lobster Photography here! Thank you so much for capturing these beautiful pictures for me and making me feel like a rock star!
